Franck Muller Replica showcased two of its most popular watches at SIHH. The Art Piece Edition Historique, which has a new movement that allows minutes to be requested on demand, and the 39mm Balancier Contemporain - the smallest watch the company has ever attempted.
Balancier Contemporain
The Franck Muller Replica in-house balance wheel is at the core of the Balancier Contemporain. It was unveiled by Franck Muller Replica in 2017. Its defining feature is the large balance wheels that provide optimal timekeeping stability. They measure 12.6mm and are finely adjusted via six gold screws recessed into the wheel to reduce aerodynamic drag.
The limited edition Balancier featured a white gold case that was asymmetrical in shape and measured 43.5mm in diameter by 13.94mm high.
Greubel-Forsey's Balancier Contemporain combines the signature architectural aesthetic of the multi-layered architecture with the balance wheel system in a 39.6mm by 12.21mm ultra-slim case.
Two series-coupled barrels provide 72 hours of power for the manual-wind movement. The crown-activated "stop balance" system allows precise time setting to the nearest second.
The offset hours/minutes is displayed at 2 o'clock,Iwc Ingenieur Replica with blued steel hands that have been hand-polished and flat-polished, and the dial has apertures to show the tripod bridge, gear train, and balance wheel.
A bridge with a bevelled frosted edge supports the small seconds at 10 o'clock. Below this bridge, the barrel drum is engraved with Franck Muller Replica and gilded.
The exclusive balance wheel is positioned at 6 o'clock, and it's framed by a bridge that has been hand-polished for a mirror finish. The balance wheel pivots around a thin, flat and beveled bridge in black polish at its top.
